The Tonganoxie Police Department is committed to providing high-quality, professional service to every member of its community. Conduct of our officers is guided by the department's mission, values, rules of conduct, and applicable laws.  The community and Department expect our officers to treat everyone with fairness and respect.  If there is an allegation that an officer acted to the contrary, the Tonganoxie Police Department will conduct an impartial and thorough investigation of the alleged misconduct. 

If you want to lodge a complaint against an officer with our agency, it can be filed in person, by phone, or a complaint form can be mailed via U.S. Postal Service to:
